Delivery and Returns Information

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 14 days of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within three working days by Royal Mail Post this is not a guarranteed service and no proof of posting will be available.  A Next Day Special Delivery service  offers a guarrenteed time of delivery and proof of posting - this is available at an additional cost  please contact us by email: [email protected] to receive a quote.  On orders with value over £30 delivery will be  Free of Charge.

In the event that an item is out of stock, we will substitute with a product to nearest size or colour and will notify you of the change by email. Alternatively we will inform you of any delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. In this case, you will only pay a single delivery charge.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, please contact our sales team who will advise you on delivery charges and times, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Returns Policy

You may return any products within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange as long as those products are unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and with the original tags attached if any were supplied. You can notify us by email : [email protected] that a product is to be returned listing the reason and which item you would like to replace it with. We shall then confirm receipt of email and will resend any products once we are in receipt of the original goods.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or not as ordered, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us and back to you. We suggest reusing the original mail bag and to use Royal Mail Post. 

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.

In the case of faulty items, we will send out a freepost envelope for the return of the goods.
